I am an RVIA/RVTI certified technician, and have completed vendor specific training, and continue to expand my knowledge by continually learning from as many vendors as possible.
My hourly rate is $100 for repairs.
I charge a flat rate of $100 for diagnostics, regardless of how long it takes to diagnose the issue.
I will attempt to keep the labor cost as low as possible by using the RVDA Service manual guide. These guides are more of guideline that service departments use. The guides assume the technician has direct unrestricted access to the component that needs to be replaced or repaired. In reality though the RV manufacturers are trying to build RV's either smaller or provide more features in a restricted area, which requires them to sometimes make things harder to access. Becasue of this labor cost will vary based on situation.
I do charge a minimum of one hour. This is because I am unable to schedule anyone else for this duration.
I charge a rate of $0.75 a mile.

After I get all the information from you, I'll send you a quote amount to come out and diagnose your problem, we'll also schedule a date and/or time for this. If you agree to the terms, then you'll pay the invoice (This is NOT to repair, only to diagnose the issue)
Once the invoice is paid, I'll arrive at the agreed date/time and assess the issue and will discuss the finding and solution that needs to be done. A work order will be filled out that includes parts (if parts are required) and labor that you'll sign and agree too before any work is started.
Situation may occur while in the process of repairing the issue, more work / parts may be required, I'll discuss this with you to get your approval before proceeding.
Offering Sealtech - $150 plus trip fee - This will find exterior sealant issue, if there are any. So you can stop the problem before it costs you thousands of dollar in repair and health issues.
